Emily Scrivens
Emily Scrivens was a 2013 Cardus intern. She has recently finished her undergrad at the University of Toronto in Political Science and Sociology. In her previous work with a youth justice organization, Emily developed an interest in the environmental factors influencing youth crime, and the policy and program supports available to young people following their incarceration. Issues such as opportunities for transitional housing and the role of religious organizations were of particular concern. Emily loves traveling, good coffee, good company, and her Toronto Maple Leafs.
